Vegan Tuna Salad on Toast

I love making this recipe from The Simple Veganista ​​https://simple-veganista.com/chickpea-of-sea-salad-sandwic/ and having it for a few days to make sandwiches and salads. Another thing I love is, a lot of the ingredients aren’t perishable, and the ones that are are pretty standard so you can usually whip this up with items in the cupboard. This is reminding me I need to make tuna soon.
