About Greenpoint Vegan

I started eating vegan for a personal health journey reasons and feel pretty good about the other subsequent positive benefits for the earth and animals. Now that I moved into an apartment with a working oven (after 10 years without one 😂 .) I’ve been learning to cook and documenting my experiences.
